Well things are still uneventful and it is so nice. Grahams counts are still heading south...he was at 400 yesterday and today he is at 200. I know that probably doesn't mean much to many of you reading...basically his counts always bottom out at zero after chemo. Usually this is when complications and infections hit because his immune system is...well
non-existent. So hopefully he will just stay as is until his counts can come back up. It will probably take about two weeks for them to start coming back up. He is getting two teeth on the bottom and has been a drooley/hand eating maniac. All in all he has been a pretty happy little camper:-) Since he hasn't been sick he has been wanting to play more. So everyday we go from crib to bouncer to bumbo to boppi to jumper and then usually a little play-mat here and there. We just rotate through all of those with some holding time as well. I think we have both been getting a little bored so we have had to get creative. But...there is only so much you can do in a hospital room:-) I guess I'll take Graham being happy and bored over the alternative! I am not complaining!!!

Best surprise EVER!!!
On Sunday my parents planned to come down and visit....it was going to be just a quick trip down and back. My mom kept saying that she had a great surprise for me. She seemed really excited about it and I just kept wondering what this great surprise could be?? When my parents walked in the room I didn't think I could be much happier...always so great to have them here. They told me they left a surprise out in the front waiting room and to go out and get it...I thought it was weird that they would just leave this surprise out there? So my dad stayed with Graham and my mom walked out with me- BEST SURPRISE EVER!!!! There stood my grandma and grandpa!!! I haven't seen them in months and have missed them so much! The tears came a comin' :-) growing up there wasn't a day that I didn't see my grandparents...they came to every recital, game and event that we participated in! Honestly they didn't miss:-) they were like our 2nd parents....minus the discipline:-)(well for the most part anyway). I really couldn't have imagined a better surprise. I can't tell you how many times in the last few months I have wished I could see them. You see, my grandparents know all to well what we have been going through. Their daughter passed away in her early 20's after a long battle with cancer. Not my story to tell though. For some reason seeing them and knowing that they "know" and have gone through it all...and then some...brought about different emotions. It was like I didn't have to say anything to them and they just knew:-) they have felt all of my same emotions. Watching my grandma with Graham was so sweet. I LOVED it:-) I'm so happy that he is feeling good right now and was able to give them some smiles and laughs! I can't tell them enough how much I Love them and....Love them!!! They are the two greatest people I have ever known and I am not biased. I know there isn't a person who would argue with me. My grandpa's 80th birthday is this weekend and I am so so happy they are continuing on with the party! He thought they should cancel because of Graham but we wouldn't have EVER let him. Good thing my mom is in charge:-) I love you G&G Marriott!!! And HAPPY 80th to YOU!!!!!!
I have some really cute pics of them with Graham, so I will post them soon!!!
