Whats Happening

I keep meaning to post a few more details about my family's little get together a few weeks ago. My family all donated coloring books for the hospital...in particular the PICU waiting room. When Graham had his stays in the PICU Sawyer would come up and hang out in the waiting room. There were always plenty of crayons and markers, but it was the walls that were so artfully decorated by what I can only assume were children :-) Anyways coloring books were definitely a must there! So......here they are :-)

Here are a few more pics from the weekend with my fam. I hadn't had a chance to load all my pics so here are the rest :-)

Me and my Dad

I knew I should have been a hair stylist ;-)

Random: But i had to put this picture on here...one of the cutest kitties i've ever seen :-)

GRAHAM UPDATE......

He started getting some mouth sores last week :-( He also has had some fevers, but it hasn't been anything we/he/oxycodone couldn't handle :-) They are nowhere compared to what they were the last time and he is still pretty happy. His fevers only lasted a few days and they were pretty low grade ones...nothing over 102. He hasn't had one for almost 48 hours. He is in need of some blood and platelets today, but there have been a few issues at the blood bank so we are on hold for now. Well we have been here for 17 days....the oncologists's say that this round is on average a 31 day gig....they are pretty accurate so we are planning on at least another 15 days...give or take, probably give :-)

I was thinking about all of the nurses and doctors here that we have become such good friends with. I haven't hardly taken any pictures of them or talked a whole lot about them....other than our "angel" nurse. He was actually our nurse the last 2 nights and yes we still Love him :-) We have so many favorite nurses, but there are some you just click with right off. I will take some pics and post....we do not want to forget any of them!! One of my most favorite people up here is one of the ladies who cleans our room. She is the cutest, sweetest and hardest working lady here!! She makes sure to clean every inch of our room! She cleans our walls everday with disinfectant, wipes everything in the room down with clorox wipes and doesn't miss an inch when scrubbing our floor! This is such an important job up here....the rooms have to be clean and sanitized....she cares so much about the patients up here and you can tell just by the detail she puts into her job. She always catches me up on the latest going ons up here....and she loves soaps so she fills me in on the latest "Days" drama :-)  We Love Sharon!! (pics of nurses/docs to come)
